TRINITY BAPTIST CHURCH, CHARLESWORTH
Newquay Reformed Baptist Church has a small membership but a large vision for the Lord's work. Their problem was twofold: firstly, inadequate toilet and kitchen facilities and insufficient space to accommodate the growing youth work and, secondly, major repairs that were needed to the roof and rainwater goods - a problem revealed by the Corporation's programme of chapel surveys. The church realised that there was little point in embarking on an extension project if the existing building were to be damaged by ingress of water every time it rained. They applied to us for financial assistance with the roof repairs, and we were pleased to be able to help.
2008 update: Subsequent to the 2006 report, the church has now also completed an extension project with further assistance and practical advice from the Corporation
