Although the UK has now left the EU, the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) has remained part of the UK Data Protection Legislation in the form of the Retained General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). See our revised Fact Sheet for further information.

Manses - Landlord Obligations: The Smoke & Carbon Monoxide Alarm (Amendment) Regulations 2022

25 AUGUST 2022

From 1st October 2022, the Smoke & Carbon Monoxide Alarm (Amendment) Regulations 2022 come into force, replacing the 2015 Regulations. If your church has a manse, the Regulations apply, regardless of whether the property is occupied rent-free by your pastor or let to the public. See our updated Fact Sheet for further information.
