Data Protection - New Regulations from May 2018

12 DECEMBER 2017

On 25th May 2018, subject to Royal Assent, the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA) will be replaced by the General Data Protection Regulation 2018 (GDPR). We have produced a Fact Sheet on the GDPR, specifically aimed at areas of particular relevance for churches. See our Resources page for details.

Letting a Manse - Update on Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's)

From April 2018, landlords in England and Wales must ensure that their properties have an EPC rating of at least an E. See our Resources page for an updated Fact Sheet on the matter.
